CoHoots Downtown Phoenix Layout

Central Phoenix is quite unique. It is home to a range of independent artists, photographers, designers, web designers, writers, etc. who benefit from working together and ar e willing to grow through this model of collaboration but don’t have the space to do so in a professional manner.

Starting a business is risky. It's expensive and a huge financial risk to go at it alone. To lower this risk, I decided teaming up with other creatives in one central location would be a sound business solution. Each small business/individual’s risk is low, monthly fees are less than that of renting on your own and you expand your business through con necting to our larger network. Get creative input from creatives who love Phoenix. The collaboration of a close-knit and highly- inspirational creative group is what makes the CO+ HOOTS model succeed.

What is coworking?

Coworking Professional Services

Coworking involves businesses/individuals in a shared working environment. They share the same values and interest in the collaboration that can happen from working with tale nted people in the same space. These businesses/individuals work independently and usually are not employed by the same company. Coworking usually attracts work-at-home professionals, independent contractors, or people who travel frequently who end up working in relative isolation.

Some coworking spaces were said to be created by nomadic internet entrepreneurs who sought an alternative to working in coffee shops and cafes or isolation in independent/hom e offices.
